VALIDITY OF THE BOOKING
The reservation guaranteed with a deposit will be valid until 24:00 on day of arrival.
ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
The room is at your disposal from 14:00 on the day of arrival until 10:30 on the day of departure. For arrivals and / or departures at other times please contact the reception.
LATE DEPARTURES / EARLY ARRIVALS
The late arrival or early departure, involves however the payment of all nights booked.
RULES OF PAYMENT
We accept payment cash and major credit cards.
At any time the hotel may block the amount of the stay due, net of any down payment or deposit, on the credit card provided at the time of booking.
MEALS
In case of half or full board meals not consumed will be not deducted from the stay’s total amount.
CONFIRMATION NUMBER OF ROOMS
At the time of booking it is not always possible to confirm the room number, the floor and the location, but only the generic type chosen. In case of special needs or requests, with a minimum stay of 7 nights, you can choose to stay in a specific room by adding a supplement of 5% to the quotation of the generic type.
BEACH (where included)
The beach is included on the day of arrival to the day before departure (the last day is on request and extra).

STAYS OF MINORS
Minors can stay in the hotel only if accompanied by at least one parent and presenting an identification document; minors cannot stay in the hotel alone, even if they are in possession of ID or a parent’s proxy.
LEARDINIGROUP TRIP CANCELLATION SERVICE
To protect yourself from losses due to unforeseen cancellations of a whole reservation, we recommend signing up to our worthwhile Trip Cancellation Service, at the cost of €15.00 a day per room (minimum stay 5 nights).
The “Leardinigroup Trip Cancellation” service protects you in the instance of:
– a cancelled reservation due to illness or a serious accident involving the guest who booked the stay
– a serious accident or a sudden serious accident that results in the hospitalization of a family member of the guest.
– serious damage (theft, fire, etc.) to the guest’s home (house, apartment) that requires their presence.
In each of the above instances a certificate verifying the reason for the cancellation is required (medical certificate/police certificate, etc.).
The “Leardinigroup Trip Cancellation” service only covers the cancellation of an entire reservation and cannot be put into effect in the instance of an unforeseen late arrival or early departure.
